LIMIT SINGLE-USE PLASTICS

All our resorts have water bottling plants to stop the use of plastic bottled water on the island, thereby reducing plastic pollution in the ocean. Introduction of the water bottling facility at our green hotels in the Maldives has significantly reduced the use of plastic water bottles in day-to-day operations.

The facilities follow stringent hygiene standards to produce the highest quality of water, using reverse osmosis technology and desalination. All the bottles are carefully sterilized in special machines and then sealed between each use.
