OZEN LIFE MAADHOO is committed to sustainable operations through an efficient waste management system built around the ‘Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle’ approach. The eco-efforts involve efficient purchasing and use of supplies, implementing a structured waste collection and segregation process, and reducing plastic waste by offering drinking water from the in-house water bottling plant.
This allows up to 75% of the waste to be recycled and the remaining waste is responsibly disposed of, aligning with regulations and environmental guidelines. The resort is committed to creating a brighter and cleaner future by using sustainable energy, optimising water and electricity usage, and reducing carbon emissions at the resort.
